Q: Where do i get a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?

Non-Disclosures are found on the left hand side of all business listings under "attachments".  Just click on the non-disclosure link and follow prompts.  You can also request a general NDA on our Request NDA page located by clicking the tab labeled "Request NDA / Forms" located to the left on the main menu on all pages of this website.

Q: How much do you charge for your services?

DJB Business Brokers provides several services to our clientele' and each is unique in nature.  Most of our fees are based on commission as a success fee, which is only due if we complete our contractual duties as stated in our agreement with you.  Our commission for services are based on services requested and range between 10% to 15% of sale.  Minimum fee for sale of business assets applies.

Q: Can I sell my business myself while listed with DJB Business Brokers?

YES!  We will customize your listing agreement that will give you the flexibility to achieve results.  Our listing package is well tailored for business owners and can be modified to reach any mutually agreed upon listing arrangements.

Q: I want to find a commercial property to purchase for my business and/or investment.  Can DJB Business Brokers represent me?

YES!  We are members of the Business Brokers of Florida and cooperate with licensed commercial agents.  You can search for commercial properties available through the BBFMLS.

Q: I am relocating from outside of Tampa and am looking for a business and a home.  Can DJB Business Brokers represent me?

YES! We are members of the Business Brokers of Florida & have referral network or New Home Builders & Realtors.
